Every event we host is designed with intention, from the atmosphere we create to the way each session flows.

Our Mission

To empower all immigrant families to thrive in the Spokane Metro area through community building, and emergency financial assistance.

Our Story

Spokane Immigrant Rights Coalition was created in January of 2018 as a collective response to better support and protect immigrant and refugee communities in Spokane. We are a coalition of immigrant leaders, non-profit organizations and churches that are working to keep families together and make sure everyone in Spokane has the opportunity to reach their full potential.

Since our founding we have provided financial assistance and one on one consultations to hundreds of families navigating the immigration system. Our members have organized a series of Know Your Rights trainings for businesses and community members, developed a rapid response team to support families facing deportation. Members also worked with state and local partners to reform the criminal justice system, provide pandemic assistance to immigrant families, and to expand health insurance access in Washington State.

We will keep working to make Spokane a better place for immigrants and refugees
